- Applicants who have not started the DODMERB process cannot compete for more than two waivers.

- Do you currently or have you had a pre-trial for a felony, any civil conviction, any adverse adjudication, or any type of court-martial conviction even though the record may have been sealed or expunged, unless a waiver is granted?
- If yes, you may be ineligible to receive the tuition waiver. Please explain.

All applications are to be accompanied by 500-700 word essay, 12 pt Times Roman Numeral, single spaced, five paragraph format on the following topic:
How will the United States be impacted by a possible peace treaty between South and North Korea? What will this treaty mean to our efforts in the Pacific region, especially in regards to a rising China?
