During the period of appointment it may become necessary to make changes to an External Examiner’s appointment to meet the needs of the programme or Faculty. Any proposed changes should first be discussed and agreed with the External Examiner.

This form should be used to log any changes of circumstance since the original appointment.

The form does not need to be formally approved and, once completed, may simply be forwarded to the Academic Registry to trigger an update on the External Examiner database.

Please note: All personal contact details will be held on a secure database for the purposes of contacting externals in relation to their appointment with Bucks New University only, in accordance with Data Protection Legislation. This does not include the examiner's name or current position which will be published in accordance with QAA requirements.
