An in-depth discussion on possible solutions for managing profile OIDs took place. How to update and version; When does a change in the implementation guide constitute the need for a new OID or version? A number of solutions were proposed. The plan is to document the proposal and then discuss again and vote.
Action Item: MSH.21 how to manage Profile versions using OIDs; Rob to summarize proposed solutions.

Functional Requirements Specifications – Project Scope Statement
Started to present the PSS for the Specifying Functional Requirements; this is a guide describing how to specify functional requirements (such as incorporate). This work is in collaboration and is tied to other PSS with Orders and Observations. Much of the quarter was spent explain the level of store requirements for the incorporation of data. Rob presented a set of slide explaining the concepts. See:

Conformance Tutorial
Abdul indicated the educational working group was considering a tutorial on conformance and seek CGIT input. CGIT is willing to help lead the effort. Discussion centered on the content ranging from general concepts then to specifics for each domain/protocol.
