STUDENT MPI Membership grant includes 1 student membership and 3 GaMPI Education Programs (luncheons) – Deadline to apply: December 1, 2014 and March 1, 2015. Two will be awarded for each deadline date for a total of 4 for the year.

· The recipient has not received a GaMPI grant within the last year

· The attendee or employer must agree to pay any additional costs incurred for membership costs

· An application may be resubmitted for each deadline

· This application can be completed by a new or current student member
