The Italian BSAOCoffers a rally within a Volcano crater near the town ofViterbo in the Lazio region of Italy.

The campsite is located in the regions of Caprarola and Ronciglione both located 15 km away from Viterbo and 55 from Rome, in the splendid setting of Etruria volcanic Lazio.

Within the volcano are many picnic areas, hiking trail, swimming and interesting villages

The campsite has an area to accommodate up to 80 tents. There are spaces for motorhomes and caravans. The toilets are located in a communal area and are large; there are two showers and separate facilities for men and women. There are also facilities for the disabled being a bathroom and shower. The bathrooms and showers have free hot water. There is also a large laundry room with sinks for clothes and dishes, washing machine with on-demand service.

There are wooden cabins of various sizes with bunk beds for 2/4/510 persons, the booking for the smaller cabins include the people staying there, for the 10 person cabin, each person is charged extra to stay there, I can create a register of people willing to share a 10 person cabin if required.

At the Campsite there is a service kitchen and restaurant, a bar, a barbecue area and the menu offered enhances the flavours and traditions of local products.

Rally T-shirt is included in the Rally Fee. Sizes are S – Small, M – Medium, L – Large, XL – Extra Large and XXL – Really Extra Large.. Mark your size in the booking form.

You pay a daily fee for your tent / camper and pay extra for each person who sleeps in it.

Toilets and showers are available at the camp site within a communal block.

Children are classed as being under 15 years old at the time of the rally, but for the Dinner Dance the age is under 12 years old

The BSAInternational is held under the rules of the BSA Owners Club International Rally Rules.

Booking Form and Full Payment should be sent to the BSA International Secretary no later than the 14th April 2016. (Bookings received after this date may be subject to a 10% increase)

Note: This rally is being organised by a much smaller BSA club, and can be different to those rallies that are held normally. This does not mean that the rally is not up to the expected standards, just that its ‘different’, and is equally enjoyable.

The accommodation is sectioned into 5 different locations

  3. Local Apartments (Agriturismo 150m from site)
  4. Local Hotel (500m from site)
  5. Remote Hotel (5km from site)

BSA Owners Club International Rally Rules

Each participant declares to be aware of these rules;

  1. The Rally shall be known as:

"The BSA Owners ClubInternational Rally 2016".

  1. The Rally shall be open to all members (and their families) of the BSA clubs as recognised by them in their members-lists.
  1. All participants will be expected to attend with a BSA motorcycle as defined by the BSA OC (UK) in the BSA OC (UK) Members Handbook.
  1. Any person wishing to attend without a BSA motorcycle may do so only if they have permission from the organising committee. Such permission shall only be given when the committee feels that there are extenuating circumstances.
  1. Any non-BSA motorcycles that are at the Rally subject to rule 4 must be kept in a designated area whilst on the Rally site and must not participate in any official run out or line up.
  1. Any other vehicles, including trailers, brought on to the Rally site must be stored so that they do not interfere with any camping or other site activities.
  1. All participants will behave in a reasonable manner and will comply with all reasonable requests to moderate behaviour or to comply with any Health and Safety requirement.
  1. Any rules or Health and Safety requirements set out by the campsite will be considered rules of the Rally.
  1. Attendance is by pre-booking only. Attendance by members arriving without pre-booking will be subject to availability, after all pre-booked members have been considered, will be subject to a surcharge of 10%.
  1. The signing of the booking form is considered as acceptance of these rules.
  1. The Rally Committee reserve the right to refuse admission and to deal with misbehaviour as they see fit and will enforce these rules according to their interpretation of them.
