· Congratulations to all the league, tournament, and World Series winners this past summer. Thank you for your support of USSSA tournament Baseball.
· The 2010 tournament schedule is now posted at www.michusssa.com.
· Michigan USSSA would like to congratulate Greg Fettes (SOA) and Jacob Hornbacher (A.A. Travelers) for making the USSSA All American Team in their respective ages. Greg will play on the team that will be traveling to Japan in the summer of 2010 and Jacob will play on the team slated to play in the "Gold Medal Games" in Kissimmee, FL next summer.
· USSSA All American Regional tryouts for ages 14U-15U-16U will be conducted June 22-23, 2010 at Eastern Michigan University. More information about the tryouts will be posted at www.michusssa.com in the future.
· Online rosters MUST have the names put in as they appear on the birth certificate.
· 2010 World Series sites, including Global Sports World Series sites, will be announced at the National Convention in November.
· For the 2010 season teams will receive an 11 digit registration number (obtained online at www.usssa.com).

· Teams MUST have their roster online before they enter a tournament. If a team does not enter their roster online they cannot be awarded tournaments points. Ages 15U to 18U Must enter their roster on the “Advanced Roster” section to receive tournament points.
· Michigan USSSA will be looking for teams to play in the 16U and High School Varsity World Championships in Florida next summer. Some of the best teams from around the country participated in 2009 to make the event a tremendous success. Players were provided the opportunity to attend a skills combine the first day of the event. In attendance and evaluating were college coaches and pro scouts. Player information was posted on the Amateur Baseball Report (ABR) website.
· There will be a Michigan USSSA Umpire clinic at Allen Park High School December 9, 2009. For more information and the registration form visit www.michusssa.com. As additional camps and clinics become available they will posted on our website.
