2014 KLEA SHIPMAN SCHOLARSHIP

Trinity United Methodist Church, Waverly, Iowa, is offering scholarships to high school seniors who will graduate from a Bremer County high school and/or other Bremer
County residents who plan to further their post-secondary education. Those persons who exhibit a dedication to service will be given preference in the scholarship selection process. Other factors are financial need, past community and church activities as well as academic achievements.
To apply, complete this application form and return it to Trinity United Methodist Church, Klea Shipman Scholarship Committee, 1400 W. Bremer Avenue, Waverly, Iowa 50677 by March 31, 2014. The scholarship will be paid directly to the college of the applicant’s choice before the beginning of the Fall 2014 semester.
Applicant should demonstrate his/her ability to perform academically in an institution of higher learning, demonstrate his/her involvement in community service beyond school activities, and show leadership and moral character.
