1 Apologies for absence

Cllr Mr. S Dennis Cllr Mrs. P Cooperthese absences were formally approved, by vote, having considered and accepted the reason for absence.

4 Matters to Report from last meeting

a) Cllr Mrs. P Cooper has contacted East Lindsey concerning the footway lighting column – ELDC are unable to assist

5 Correspondence received

a)Notice of Election Discussed – a contested election will coat in the region of £3500, the Clerk is to speak to ELDC concerning the cost of the Village Hall

b)Drope Proctor Charity – Age concern – It was unanimously agreed that the funds would go to Age concern to enable them to purchase emergency packs for the residents of Croft

c)ELDC – Investment in footway lighting - Noted

d)ELDC – Consultation- Local Plan Publication Version – discussed and agreed that Cllr Mr. N Dowlman would complete the consultation

e)Cllr Mr. C Pain – Badgers sent to Councillors before the meeting - Noted

6 Informative matters from LCC &ELDC Councilors

ELDC – not present

LCC – Reported on the following – Budget cuts, Badgers,

Magdelan Museum – now require a source of heating approx. cost £6500.00. Croft Parish Council have requested that Cllr Pain lets them know how much other Parish Councils are donating to this project

10 Village Hall

Pilate’s club now ended,

The Village Hall sign has been erected and is excellent

Peter Cox will be looking at the damp in the hall

The Clerk will contact Lady bug with new requirements requesting a quote

The Clerk was asked to chase the Solicitors concerning the Charity Field
