Planning Session

The Texas Bond Review Board convened in a planning session at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 12, 2005, in the Capitol Extension, Room E2.026, in Austin, Texas. Present were Ed Robertson, Chair and Alternate for Governor Rick Perry; Debbie Cartwright, Alternate for Comptroller Carole Keeton Strayhorn; Jon Heining, Alternate for Lt. Governor David Dewhurst. Also in attendance were Lynn Stuck with the Office of the Attorney General, Bond Finance Office staff members, and others.
Call to Order
Bob Kline, Executive Director of the Bond Review Board, called the meeting to order at 10:03 a.m. He announced that this was a planning meeting of Board staff to receive and discuss information relative to the applications before the Board. No votes would be taken.
Discussion of Proposed Issues
Prior to discussion of each agenda item, Mr. Kline presented a summary of the application.
Texas Department of Transportation - State Highway Fund Revenue Commercial Paper Notes, Series A
Representatives present were: James Bass, Chief Financial Officer and John Munoz, Deputy Finance Director, TxDOT; Lisa Fenner, FA, RBC Dain Rauscher; Jerry Kyle, BC, Andrews Kurth, LLP.
Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs - Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds, Series 2005 (Park Manor Senior Community)
Representatives present were: Robbye Meyer, Manager of Multifamily Finance, TDHCA; Elizabeth Rippy, BC, Vinson & Elkins; J. C.
