Conference
As with previous conferences, the weekend will commence with
Friday Vespers at 1900 in St. Anne’s Cathedral.
The conference commences at 1000on Saturday preceded by the AGM at 0900 and finishes at 1630.
Saturday Vigil Mass at 1800 will be celebrated by Bishop Marcus Stock in St. Anne’s Cathedral.
The Conference Dinner, at the Radisson Blu Hotel is from 2000.
Sunday morning workshops will be held in the hotel from 1000, preceded by Morning Prayers at 0945.
The conference closes at 1230.
Accommodation:
A number of rooms have been reserved at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Leeds. Conference rate is £120 per night single occupancy or £132 double/twin occupancy including breakfast. Please quote British Lourdes Medical Association when booking.
Alternatively there are a number of other hotels within easy walking distance of the Cathedral including Park Plaza, The Met and Novotel.
Meals:
Friday evening
Loads of restaurants to suit all budgets within walking distance – if there is sufficient interest we could make a reservation at an Italian restaurant in The Light – no need to worry about inclement weather (You are in Yorkshire so be prepared for anything)
Saturday lunch:
Hot & cold buffet lunch provided in Radisson Blu Hotel included in Conference cost.
Saturday evening:
Conference Dinner 8pm. Mezzanine Lounge, Radisson Blu Hotel
Four Course dinner including tea/coffee
Half bottle wine per person included
Cost £35pp
