ENROLLMENT SHEETS (K-12)

High Country Christian Academy is an independent school that provides private school enrollment for students who are taught at home by their parents. HCCA satisfies the requirements of a private school for purposes of home schooling according to Colo. Rev. Stat. 22-33-104(2)(b).

We are in agreement with the Statement of Faith.
We will pay the application fee and tuition in full at time of registration. We understand there are no refunds once our application has been accepted.
We will have a minimum of 172 days of study this school year.
We understand that home schooling means the majority of our child’s education is privately funded and provided at home by the parents. We will teach more than 50% of our student’s core subjects
Our child’s academic program will include reading, writing, speaking, math, history, civics, the Constitution of the United States, literature, and science.
We are responsible for keeping good records of our student’s work and will submit Quarterly Progress Reports by the date indicated on each report form. We understand that if a quarterly report is not received on time and we have not contacted the HCCA office, our child may no longer be enrolled at High Country Christian Academy. Re-enrollment will be subject to a $25.00 fee and Board approval. We will contact the HCCA office before the due date if there are extenuating circumstances
The quarterly reports will be filled out accurately and include the actual studies completed and grades received.
We will have our student in grades 3, 5, 7, 9, and 11 administered an achievement test or be evaluated and will submit achievement test scores or evaluation results to HCCA.
We will change our information on the website at www.HCHE.org under the change my information, if our address, phone number, or email address changes during the school year.
We will notify HCCA prior to transferring our children to another school or moving out of the area.
We have read the registration handbook (found online) and agree to the policies set forth by High Country Christian Academy.
