Summary: The Department of Environmental Protection is proposing amendments to the definitions and repeal and replace the antidegradation policy in the Ground Water Quality Standards to expand the applicability of the policy beyond those dischargers required to have a NJPDES permit.

Emission Standards

Summary: The Environmental Protection Agency has issued six national emissions standards for hazardous air pollutants for seven area source categories: acrylic and modacrylic fibers production, carbon black production, chromium compounds manufacturing, flexible polyurethane foam production and fabrication, lead battery manufacturing, and wood preserving.
