Fall Conference
The Fall Conference will be held next Friday, October 19th at the Radisson Paper Valley in Appleton. The Keynote Speaker will be Cliff Baker, NIST and will speak on Healthcare Privacy Security Trends in 2012. TheEDI Sessions are scheduled as follows: 1. The Importance of ICD-10 to a Payer and Provider, Mary Beth Haugen, The Haugen Consulting Group (with input from Connor Prahl on the WI perspective). 2. Healthcare Administrative Transactions Simplified: The Role of Mandated Operating Rules, Helen Campbell, UnitedHealth Group (she has replaced Ross Lippincott who can no longer present). 3. National Health Plan ID (HPID), Kristine Weinberger, Edifecs. The brochure is posted on the HIPAA COW website. Online registration is still being taken.
