Functional Consultant SD Module

Project to develop licensing tracking of Coca Cola Corporation trademarks for the Legal department. Asked to develop a tracking system for customers of the Legal department and reporting that would show their customers sales. All licensee contact and interaction was to come via a web interface that would obtain data on product and licensee. Contract development and brand alignment will be controlled via this system. Integration with SAP was desired to track minimum royalty requirements to compare against actual sales reporting for determination of amount due per quarter and finance requirements such as accounts receivable and ageing. Six (6) month project completed in two (2).

Created pricing procedure utilizing statistical figures obtained from the web interface to feed profitability analysis the customer sales figures per division and to automatically calculate the net value for the sales order. The sales order was produced through a BAPI and the process utilized the billing due list to automatically print the invoice. Entire process required no human intervention by CCC employee. Customer literally billed themselves by entering their monthly numbers.
