ü Directs a 30-member staff responsible for the country’s largest water treatment facility, with processing output of 80000 cubic meters per day.
ü Development and implementation of scheduled maintenance programs and lubrication plans, overhauls, inspections, instruction books, procedures, checklists, and emergency response programs.
ü Managing the plant’s operations, maintenance projects, and departments including spare parts, inventory, budget, and compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
ü Managing all Maintenance Activities both Preventive Maintenance and Breakdown Maintenance.
ü Reporting all Maintenance activities to the Project Manager and the Client.
ü Implements a wide variety of engineering solutions to increase equipment availability, increase net operating rate, reduce operation losses and achieve standard and acceptable production rates.
ü Preparing the Report of Running status of the equipments in the plant and daily production report and submitting to the Project Manager and to the Ministry authorized Engineers.
ü Supervised Bore wells (Depth up to 300 meters) submersible pumps & pipeline erection work and commissioning.
ü Handled preparation of data sheets of equipments like valves, compressors and done estimation for the replacement equipments proposal of the plant by Ministry authority.
