Once you arrive in Portland, JVC Northwest will transport you from the airport (PDX) or bus/train station (Union Station) to Orientation in Molalla, OR. If arriving at the airport, a JVC Northwest staff member will be at baggage claim to meet you starting at 10:00 a.m. If arriving at the train or bus station, you will receive more details in a separate email. Everyone must arrive in Portland prior to 3:00 p.m. on August 5.

Ä If you plan to arrive in Portland before Monday, August 5th: it is your responsibility to arrange lodging and to meet JVC Northwest at the airport baggage claim on August 5th between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. for a ride to Orientation. Please list your arrival date, time, and meeting time below.

¨ Getting a ride to the airport in Portland, OR (please arrive before 3:00 p.m.)

¨ Getting a ride directly to Camp Adams in Molalla, OR (please arrive before 3:30 p.m.)

Ä If traveling by car, please also provide ride’s name and contact info as well as where you are traveling from, and your estimated time of arrival. This information may be used to coordinate carpools and in case of emergencies.
