Discussion: teachers are feeling stressed and unappreciated. This is a district and nationwide issue. Perhaps we need team building activities? Perhaps we need to chunk initiatives? Try giving only positive feedback? Keep going with Random Acts of Kindness and helping keep one another UP? Need support regarding the discipline matrix every year.

ICL Grant implementation over the next few years to build classroom libraries- are we interested?

Donors Choose.org- can provide books for classroom libraries; Ms. Barnes received 5 Kindles and books

Adopt a Classroom.org- Mrs. ***** received additional books to build her classroom libraries

Digital Scholastic Webinar- free Resources that come with our Scholastic magazines- TLs received instruction to share with their teams
