Following my initial training as a mediator in late 1995, I have mediated over 1000 litigated cases, in almost all areas of civil litigation and over 300 disputes not engaged in the litigation process.
Personal injury (approximately 20% of my practice): auto/auto, auto/pedestrian, wrongful death, premises liability, medical/dental malpractice and employment issues.
Business litigation (approximately 65% of my practice): construction, contract claims, partnership disputes, collections, corporate issues, real estate, legal malpractice, etc.
Balance: product liability and insurance coverage and bad faith.
