TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General Terms & Conditions

1.Taxes Extra as applicable (Please Specify)

2.Delivery & Installation 3 to 4 Weeks

3.Boarding & Lodging will be free of cost to your staff

4.Warranty One year for all manufacturing & workmanship defects. Burn & Physical Damaged does not covered

5.One Year on site support for any problem regarding all Hardware, Software etc(Regarding System)

6.Deduction will be made from your bills as rule like TDS etc.

7.E.M.D. deposited by the tenderer shall be returned after receiving reports from all concerned mills of successful completion of AMC work. Any deduction on the part of delay or other dues shall be made from E.M.D. as per the report of mill societies. No interest will be paid on E.M.D.

8.In case the complaint made by by the Mill Society, is not attended within 24 hrs. the penalty @ Rs. 500/- (Rs. Five Hundred Only) per day shall be charged

9.Payment Terms:

(I)50%(Fifty) against the Supply of hardware & Others Items against the Bill

(II)25 % (twenty Five) after Completing the Installation as per our requirement.

(III)20 % (twenty) after one month successfull running of the system

(IV)5% (five) after the given warranty period.

10.Technical bid only accepted after submitting Earnest money through Demand Draft Rs.25,000 (Rupees Fifty thousand only) favoring “U.P.COOPERATIVE SUGAR FACTORIES FEDERATION LTD.” payable at Lucknow

11. Tenders qualifying technical bid shall be considered for financial bid.

12.There will be THREE separate envelops i.e. Technical Bid, Commercial bids and Earnest Money Demand Draft.

13. Sugar Mill Staff Training program: Free Training for one Week on each sugar mill. Boarding & Lodging will be free for your staff.
