Adult Members: FREE; Adult Non-members: $34/month
OR $60/2 consecutive months or $8/class;

UJ Students: $12/month or $8/class

Youth Membership: $11/month (Must be14 or older to attend regular classes)

Youth Non-member: $8/class a day age 14-18

Total Body Training: This Circuit style class is an exciting and fun way to workout to increase your cardio fitness, strength and coordination all at once! Intermediate/Advanced

Cycle Circuit: This cycling class will have segments on and off the bike optimizing your cardio endurance. All Levels

Group Cycling: This is low impact class that incorporates cycling techniques like cardio challenges, hill climbs and varying speed and resistance. All Levels

HIIT/Yoga: This class will teach you the benefits of HIIT and Yoga, and how to fuse these two seemingly different formats together to create a challenging, yet centering class to develop maximum performance levels! All Levels

Step it up and Dance: This is an exciting and energetic hip-hop style dance class along with toning. Shake it up with this class and have some fun! All levels

Weight Training: Our weight training class is about much more than packing on muscle. You can expect to burn fat, improve your bone density and more with added motivation of training in a group. All levels

Zumba®: Using Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves makes Zumba® a one of a kind workout. It's calorie burning and energizing! Beginning/Intermediate

Tabata This is the workout fitness expertshave been raving about. Tabata features 20 second intervals ofextreme exercise, followed by 10seconds of rest, repeated eight times.These bursts of intense work willtorch calories and strengthen yourentire body. All Levels

Yoga: Yoga is designed to improve overall health and well- being on a physical, mental, and spiritual level. Beginner/Intermediate

Yoga Strength: Yoga Strength is about strength, flexibility, and stress management for people who love movement. It’s about fitness over fashion and finding your inner balance, beauty and confidence. All Levels

Gentle Yoga: Calming class with an emphasis on breathing, alignment in basic poses, and self-awareness. Designed to reduce stress, improve overall well-being, and increase strength and flexibility at your own pace. All Levels

Tires, Ropes & Squats: This challenging, entertaining class teaches you how to train your participants

like pro athletes by incorporating truck tires, battle ropes, body weight and “primal moves” that develop core stabilization, strength and metabolic endurance. All Levels

POUND®: POUND fuses cardio interval training with drumming to provide a challenging, heart–pumping workout!! All Levels

Dance Attack!: This is a dance fitness class set to pop music you hear on the radio. It is high energy, confidence building, and fun! No dance experience is required to enjoy this full body workout! All Levels

Circuit Training: Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. This is a fast-paced class guaranteed to keep you coming back for more! All Levels

Kickboxing: Kickboxing is a combination of aerobics, boxing and martial arts. This intense, total body workout can improve strength, aerobics fitness, flexibility coordination and balance. All Levels

Silver Sneakers ®: Cardio Circuit: (M/W 10am) Increases your cardiovascular and muscular endurance with a standing workout and flexibility exercises. Hand-weights, elastic bands, and the Silver Sneakers ® ball are combined with low impact aerobic exercise. MSROM: (T/TH 10am) (Muscular Strength and Range of Movement): This class offers a variety of exercises focusing on strength, power, agility, balance, and flexibility. Hand-held weights, Plastic tubing with handles, and the Silver Sneakers® ball are offered for resistance. This is a multi-level conditioning class and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
