·  Investigated the transcriptional regulation of the A3 adenosine receptor using both tissue culture and transgenic mouse models.

·  Identified two novel sites for A3 adenosine receptor expression, i.e. the retina and cerebrospinal vasculature.

·  Investigated a mechanism by which cAMP might control its own levels via transcriptional regulation of adenosine receptors.
