Introduction
Hello everyone!! We hope everyone has been enjoying watching the leaves change color this autumn season. The boys and girls have been enjoying the nice weather and spending a lot of time outside. This month we have few days that require a special signup, and we are also closed for a few days at the end of this month. This information is listed below.
Important Dates
November 7th: Non-School Enrichment Day care is available at Bamber Valley and Jefferson from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Registrations were due by October 31st.
November 26th: Non-School Enrichment Day care is available at Bamber Valley and Jefferson from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Registrations are due byNovember 19th.
November 27th and 28th:School and SACC are CLOSED.
Staff Introductions/Updates
We have a new staff joining us here at Elton Hills School Age Child Care. Some of you have met Selina but here is a short biography from her.
Hello, my name is Selina Leang, and I am currently a student at Mayo High School.In my spare time, I like to spend it with my family and friends.I love to be outdoors,whether it's playingsoccer with my younger brother or taking my dog for walks. I am excited to start my first school year working atElton Hills and look forward to a great year!
Community Service Project
We are just finishing up the candy drive this month for Operation Hometown Gratitude, and we appreciate all the candy that was donated by you and the teachers at Elton Hills. We will find out how much we donated once all the candy has been weighed for each school and as a whole from every SACC site that participated.
Rewards
We have received our Subway gift certificates and will be giving these out to children having exceptional behavior so far this year. We will also be giving out these rewards the entire year until we have none remaining.

Reminders
- Outdoor Clothing: Keeping the weather in mind, please remember to send appropriate outdoor clothing with child(ren). This includes, but is not limited to, a jacket, boots, sweatshirt, mittens, scarf, and a hat! We try to go outside on a regular basis!
- Shoes: Athletic shoes or other soft-soled enclosed tie or velcro shoes are required—no sandals, clogs, or crocs please.
