The mental health system is all fraud to sell drugs & get insurance money.
The purpose of the drugs is mind control and genocide.
Many hospitals use involuntary commitments just to get the insurance money; it is Insurance Fraud and needs to be investigated & stopped. Private hospitals discharge people as soon as the insurance runs out, or transfer them to state hospitals. The state hospitals all hold people for years, indefinitely, since medicaid is unlimited. This violates the federal false claims act.
The book talks about healing, both mental & physical, through prayer and worship in Jesus' name. Should be read by anyone interested in mental health, working in mental health, suffering from mental illness or knowing someone who is; musicians, new age healers, doctors, lawyers, Christians, Jews; anyone who wants to know more about God.
This is relevant to lawyers since they can argue that those who really do have mental illness CAN be helped through prayer & worship and should go to churches, NOT the secular mental health system, which does NOT heal them but harms them, and falsely calls many people ill who are NOT, due to theological error and ignorance, and political agendas.
The legal chapter (ch 1) can be used by lawyers to raise issues in mental health hearings that are not usually addressed but should be; they affect anyone being accused of being psychotic. It also addresses the constitutional issues that need to be addressed both in hearings and in federal court up to the Supreme Court.

"If you believe in the bible, you're mentally ill."
A court clinician told me this and sent me to a mental hospital for the first time. I was 42 years old. I have been in mental hospitals purely because I am a Christian who believes in Jesus and has a relationship with Jesus.
That is a total violation of the 1 st amendment constitutional right to freedom of religion.
A doctor's second question is always "Do you hear voices?"
If one answers "Yes, God talks to me when I pray." they are trained to call it an auditory hallucination and diagnose them psychotic.
Christians get labeled Schizophrenic & Schizoaffective which are fictitious diseases.
I had a doctor who testified to a judge that “'schizoaffective' is a label we use for someone that we don't know what else to call them”. Effectively admitting it was nonsense. They need a label in order to commit someone and get insurance money.
In the New Testament, Jesus said
"my sheep hear my voice and I know them, and they follow me.' John 10:27
You are supposed to hear God talk to you, according to Christian theology.
Actually, everyone hears voices, as thoughts in our heads. The word "inspiration" means "a spirit goes into it". Thoughts come from the spiritual realm. The book of James ch 3 (NT) says there is "wisdom from above and wisdom from below".
It is normal Christian theology to hear voices. Both God and demons talk to everyone in our thoughts. God talks through the Holy Spirit which has been on earth for 2000 years, since Jesus sent it from heaven.
Demonic spirits can talk to us too, if there is an opening. Sin is an opening. All drugs which affect the mind are openings for demonic spirit to talk to us. This includes caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, pot, lsd etc and all psych meds. This is why psych drugs cause mental illness.
Other openings include music, books, art, symbols, videos, occult objects. The word ‘inspiration’ means ‘a spirit goes into it’.
Whatever spirit 'inspires' the thing will transmit from it, even just having it around. When the stuff is removed the spiritual oppression leaves.
The spirits affect our thoughts, emotions and bodies causing mental and physical illness.
All mental and physical illnesses are caused by demonic spirits whose ‘assignments’ are the names of those diseases. Jesus rebuked them and gave his followers authority to do it. I have done it. I have rebuked canc-, asthma-, depress-.
Jesus healed as a testimony that he was the savior, and God heals today for the same purpose, when we pray in Jesus’ name.
Spirits also transmit through verbal and physical contact. I have picked up spirits of depress- from touching others who had it. I rebuked it in Jesus name and it left.
Same with caffeine. I had a psychiatrist interview me one time who thought I was manic since I was talking fast. I was picking it up from him, since he was sitting there with a cup of coffee.
Pot smokers call this a contact high. All drugs do this.
I don't write down entire names of diseases or spirits since that can invoke them. Speaking does the same thing. It is better to spell them. When we say the name Jesus we invoke his spirit. Same with other spirits. Hence the old cliché 'speak of the devil--”
To WIN in Court, do NOT drink Caffeine!
Caffeine is an opening for demonic lying spirits. If you use it, it will be around you, and when you speak to the judge, it will transmit to him/her, which will affect their thoughts, which is no benefit to you or your client! Also the spirit would transmit to one’s client, which makes it hard for them to think clearly. Caffeine is an opening for spirits of addict-, confus-.
If you want to know why judges often act irrationally in court, this is one of the reasons.
Also FASTING is key to winning in court.
Fasting gives us spiritual authority over our adversaries. Whenever I went to court for anything, I fasted in order to win. Tell your clients to fast before going to court. At the very least, just drink liquids (juices) which is a form of fast, but absolutely avoid caffeine.
Also avoid cigarettes. They are also an opening for unclean demonic spirits. It can make those with whom you interact groggy. Nobody smokes in a church; people intuitively realize it is unholy, unclean. The unclean spirit transmits to anyone the smoker has contact with, and hinders anyone’s ability to pray. This is no benefit to you or your client. Both you and your client should pray before going to court, and in court in order to win.
Many lawyers tell me they hardly ever win in court. Try fasting; you will see a major difference. Empirical evidence builds our faith. My faith is based on it.
The story of Purim in the Old Testament book of Esther, is one of the biggest examples of fasting to win. The entire nation of Jews fasted for 3 days, before Queen Esther went to the King to persuade him to reverse an edict of destruction on the Jews. She won.
Prayer and FASTING ARE 2 KEY TOOLS to get prayers answered and to have spiritual authority in any situation. This is especially true for healing, both mental and physical. Jesus explicitly told his followers, when speaking about casting out demons that caused mental illness,
‘This kind comes out only by prayer AND FASTING’. Matthew 17:21.

They claim that mental illness is caused by chemical imbalances. This is a BIG LIE, promoted by the drug companies to market their drugs. The psychiatric drugs actually cause mental illness, not cure it.
The handbooks of drugs state that a lot of anti-psychotic drugs actually can cause psychosis. This is because all drugs, including caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, pot, lsd, etc and psych meds, are openings for demonic spirits, which cause mental and physical illness.
The solution, according to the bible, is prayer in Jesus' name. His name has authority over demonic spirits. Jesus rebuked them and gave his followers authority to do it. I have rebuked illnesses, both mental and physical, including canc-, asthm-, depress-.

Holding and drugging patients involuntarily is a violation of the 8th amendment (cruel and unusual punishment) because the drugs amount to torture from the direct effect and the side effects, and genocide since they are deadly by design.
This is involuntary servitude which is slavery. Being drugged involuntarily is a crime like rape -a bodily violation. This also violates the UN Human Declaration on Human Rights, Article 3 which calls for life liberty and security of person.
Hospitals all hold people for the insurance money, treating them as slaves. State hospitals do indefinitely, for years, since the federal insurance (medicaid) is unlimited. If they weren't getting paid they would discharge them. The private hospitals do this; as soon as private insurance runs out, they either discharge them or send them to state hospital. I know this from experience and I have met people who worked in billing who testified to it. They also said the doctors would pick whatever diagnosis paid the most.
There are 4 constitutional violations that need to be addressed in FEDERAL COURT and the SUPREME COURT:
1. First amendment for religious freedom;
2. 8th amend. On cruel & unusual punishment (this includes the argument that "treatment" is really punishment since they are torture and genocide;
3. 13th (anti-slavery) since drugging people involuntarily is really involuntary servitude, or Slavery, since it is using them as medical experiment subjects; and also holding them for insurance money is kidnapping and slavery;
4. Due process violations of the 2 and 14 amendments; they violate the hearsay laws by using medical records.
There SHOULD be trials by JURY rather than JUDGE since Mental Health hearings involve incarceration, which is punishment by loss of liberty; hence CRIMINAL rights should apply. Having juries would give patients more sympathy with like minded jurors who could relate to having similar religious beliefs &experiences which would also be labeled mental illness. This would put a stop to the religious atheistic mislabeling by shrinks.
The definitions of mental illness NEED TO BE EXPOSED for the atheistic worldview that is behind them in court.
Some states already allow mental health hearings to demand juries instead of judges; all states should allow this.
The argument needs to be made that commitments are deprivation of liberty, which by definition is punishment, in addition to the fact that “treatments” are ALSO punishment, cruel & unusual punishment, since the drugs are toxic and deadly, hence the person has a right under criminal law to demand a jury to fulfill their due process rights of having one before being deprived of their liberty.
The COMPETENCY TO STAND TRIAL question is a procedure that is unconstitutional
since it is used to derail people from addressing the criminal charges and instead defend themselves on the accusation of mental illness, instead.
Civil commitments can go on indefinitely, much longer than incarceration on criminal charges. And the treatments are deadly.
The drugs are all toxic poisons, not medicines. They cause liver, kidney and brain damage, obesity, diabetes, thyroid problems, and cause all kinds of other problems physically, in addition to mentally and spiritually. The anti-psychotics and anti-depressants can cause psychosis, and often do; they do not cure it at all. They cause homicide, suicide.They are the problem, not the solution.
This procedure is an end-run around people's due process rights to a speedy trial and a chance to confront witnesses. By derailing a person into the mental health system instead, they are put into a system that allows hearsay (the medical record) and so they are actually deprived of a chance to address the charges and confront the witnesses against them. It is a diversion, because then the issue become them having to defend against charges they are mentally ill rather than deal with the facts of the original charge
