The 2017 balance sheet and statement of revenue and expenses are enclosed. Also enclosed is a proposed 2018 operating budget.
FIVEnew directors need to be elected. A nomination form for directors is enclosed. You may nominate yourself or as many candidates as you wish, but by your signature you are confirming that the nominee is willing to serve. Nominations may be submitted at the beginning of the meeting.
**All homeowners are encouraged to attend the annual meeting.We must establish a quorum of 36 homeowners to conduct the annual meeting and for decisions to be made. If you cannot attend PLEASEcomplete the enclosed proxy in favor of someone who will attendthe meeting.
