New SalesOutlook email templates for contacts
SalesOutlook 5.0 now includes the most time saving addition to the contact form, email templates. When you open a SalesOutlook contact you will have the new menu button to create and sendpreformatted email templates. Complex HTML email templates can be created and easily sent from the contact record allowing a user to be more productive and look more professional.
Emails can be saved to different folders
SalesOutlook 5.0 now includes the ability to save emails to a separate folder besides the notes folder. The user can set their email folder so groups of users could save emails to different locations. This feature can greatly increase search and reduce the amount of items in a folder. The default email folder is called “Email”.
NOTE: SBE users require a folder license for the additional folder.
Added the ability to customize the account profile form
SalesOutlook 5.0 now includes the most requested feature: Full customization of the account profile form. Users can now customize the Account Profile form the same way all other forms are customized. Although, we still recommend using a separate folder for additional account information and the SalesOutlook setup form for minor customizations, users now have the ability to change anything the would like on the account profile form.
New Hot-Key Date and Time stamping on any Outlook form
SalesOutlook 5.0 now includes the ability to press a system wide hot-key combination (CTRL-F12) on any Outlook form and the current date and time will be placed at the cursor insertion point. This makes it easier for the user to include a chronology of events while entering notes or other records to the system.
