msg is investing in IT consulting and services for the defense sector / Defense expert Andreas Höher is overseeing the new development / Demand for consulting and IT solutions based out of Germany

Munich, October 15, 2015. msg is expanding its consulting portfolio to include the defense sector. msg has been able to acquire Andreas Höher, an established expert in the defense sector, for the development of the new Public Sector Defense Consulting unit. Thereby, industry specialist msg will be able to meet the growing demand for German-based IT solutions and consulting services in this sector. The new consulting portfolio will complement the existing services already available in the public sector.

Andreas Höher, trained officer of the Bundeswehr, Germany’s Federal Armed Forces, a business school graduate and IT consultant, joined msg on October 1st and brings more than 30 years of experience in the defense sector with him. He has consulting and managerial experience with both national and international customers and with public authorities and associations, making him an ideal addition to msg’s practical and established approaches in the public sector. The combination of msg’s service spectrum and the newly acquired business and industry competence in the field of defense now makes it possible to find individual solutions that best suit each customer in the defense sector and to implement them accordingly.
