Questions about the condition of the fence at the Valero gas station – poles holding up fence which is in bad shape
Brick wall by Sonic – Greenscapes taking care of weeds and high grass
Resident wanted to shout out to person or persons maintaining flowers at the pool and about the social committee
Leaking spigot at 3907 – by air conditioners and bushes
Painting problem – resident made comments to painters – painters threatened to pull out of project – if problems occur with painting, need to contact Dan Rapp and KY Realty
Balconies – complaint that too much stuff is being put on balconies – dresser on one
Need grass seed around several of the trees – behind 3905 Yardley
Pool to open Saturday of holiday weekend
Pool rules – 2-5 were mentioned to those that we in attendance
Cracks in deck around pool repaired – pool needs to be drained and refilled before opening
Social committee – good turnout for the breakfast, Kat a big help, cookout set for July 1st

Social committee report –need to set date for yard sale – need several keys to clubhouse for committee personnel – Water aerobics Wednesday nights at 6, want to know if guard can stay an extra hour – a dollar is collected from each participant for a cookout after the water aerobics – Dan Rap stated that if the social committee was willing to pay for the extra hour guard he would check into it
Financial report – Denise Waddle absent
Minutes – Devon Mitchell motioned that the April minutes by accepted, Olga Itkin seconded the motion and the motion was passed
Dan Rapp is looking into a centralized web address for all messages to board members – each board member would have a password and everyone responds on the same site
Dryer vents – rain caused big delays but making headway
Flower planting – Dan Rapp to check with Greenscapes – need sod at Bradford’s building but someone would have to water the sod
3907 – missing a bush, spreading yews need replacement – Dan Rapp is going to check on this with Greenscapes
Carpenter bees – can call Enviro-Safe to take care of
Collection of late fees – doing everything we can to collect back fees
Web site – minutes updated
Irrigation – probably about three weeks to completion
Painting – some problems – Dan Rapp to look into this – Bradford Unroe has roller marks on concrete
Money market rates – River City .55%, CD rates 18 month 1.01% at PBI Bank – Olga to check other rates
Dead trees – will be planted within two weeks
White fence at Yardley entrance needs cleaning
Valero fence – can call 311 and say dilapidate fence or contact Kevin Kramer our elected representative
Pool passes – Wednesday 24th 6-8 p.m., Sunday 21st 12-3 p.m.

Securing 2 X 8 band boards to balcony floor joists, replacing 1 X 4 cedar boards, and 1 X 10 cedar boards on railings and balconies on building 3907, 3909, 3911, 3905, and 3903 in front of painters
Replacing light bulbs in hallway light fixtures at 3907, 3903 Yardley and 8408 Ambrosse
Patched holes in roadway on Ambrosse Lane between Fifth Third Back and gas station with Asphalt Patch
Turned all outside water spigot valve off, and turned water back on to spigots
Had more master keys to building made at Willis Klien
Picked up more flood light bulbs from Home Depot for clubhouse
Picked up election notices from office and posted notices in each building and in clubhouse
Passed out notices at 8406 Ambrosse that the electric will be off to repair meter

Picked up 88 or 130 LED light fixtures that I ordered from Home Depot – put them in maintenance garage
Replaced light bulb in refrigerator in clubhouse
Checked bedroom window at 3501 Lennox View #103 that leaks, cleaned out window track and wheel holes
Continuing wood repairs in building between at pressure washing and painting
Repaired and painted bedroom wall around window at 8415 Ambrosse #103 that was damaged when window leaked
Primed and painted ceiling in utility room, and walk-in closet at 8500 Ambrosse #103 that was damaged from leak in #207
Replacing garage hallway light fixtures with new LED light fixtures at 3807 Yardley and 8400 Ambrosse
Cut out bathroom ceiling at 8510 Ambrosse #103 – found toilet in #207 leaking
Replacing light bulbs in hallway light fixtures at 8510, 8500 Ambrosse and 3505, 3501 Lennox View
Tied yellow caution tape around street lights that are out on Yardley, called LG&E
Cleaned out dryer vent at 8415 Ambrosse #104, installed new deal door dryer vent cap
Passed out notices in building 6 (8410, 8408, 8406) that pressure washing will be done on 4/10/17
Cut out moulded drywall on first and second floor hallway at 8506 Ambrosse
Checked storage room hallway walls with moisture meter, cleaned spots on walls with bleach

Took apart bottom section of downspout next to patio at 8408 Ambrosse #103 – cleaned out and reconnected downspout

Adjusted closer on front entry door and adjusted closer and threshold on back door
Cut out damaged bathroom ceiling at 3903 Yardley #101 – installed new insulation, hung new drywall, taped joints and applied first coat of drywall compound
8404 Ambrosse #102 – raked up dead grass, loosened up top layer of yard. Spread top soil and grass seed, reinstalled splash bock and new drain pipe extension to down spout, watered lawn and seed
Cutting out drywall on 1st and 2nd floor hallway walls at 8506 Ambrosse – treated 2 x 4 studs to keep mold from growing – installed new insulation and hung drywall, taped joints and applied first coat of drywall compound
Sanded and applied 2nd coat of drywall compound to 1st and 2nd floor hallway walls at 8506 Ambrosse
Installed keyed entry knob lock on closet in exercise room at clubhouse
Replacing light bulbs in hallway light fixtures at 3503 Lennox View
Repaired and painted 2nd bedroom wall around window at 8415 Ambrosse #103
Replaced light bulbs in all three outside light fixtures at 3507 Yardley
Applied 2nd and 3rd coats of drywall compound to bathroom ceiling at 3903 Yardley #101, sanded and put texture finish on ceiling
After stopping leak in bedroom window of unit 205 at 8417 Ambrosse replaced damaged drywall in bedroom wall around window of unit #101 – taped joints, installed corner beads and applied two coats of drywall compound
Applied 3rd coat of drywall compound to 1st and 2nd hallway walls at 8506 Ambrosse
Replaced light bulbs in hallway light fixtures at 3905 Yardley
Finished repairing and painting bedroom and living room ceilings at 8506 Ambrosse #101

Checked in attic at 8504 Ambrosse #207 to see what would cause noise during strong winds. Found fallen dryer vent pipe – reconnected vent pipe to roof vent – found loose flashing around outside of chimney, nailed down flashing
Reinstalled frame and access paned in garage hallway ceiling that had fallen down – caulked and painted at 8400 Ambrosse
Replaced light bulbs in hallway light fixtures at 8413 Ambrosse
Reinstalled downspout to gutter and building at 8508 Ambrosse that had fallen down
