Freelance Design Work, Stoneham, MA February 2010 – September 2010

  • Designed a 240 square foot extension, worked directly with the client, a structural engineer, and the town building committee. Worked with the client on solutions to natural lighting issues, and interior design options. Completed construction documents for attaining a building permit. Construction was completed September 2010

  • Licensed artwork from artists, and stock agencies for use in products such as stationary, greeting cards, and calendar images. Established and maintained relationships with artists and agents, both locally and abroad. Ensured and organized appropriate information regarding images in data storage system.
