How to begin CfMD Valiudation

Login to https://certification.lionbridge.com)

Select CfMD Validation on the top bar or side menu, select your required test, click Tracking ID link in list.

Status Page

Use this page to navigate between evidence types, to view your status and to submit your evidence for review

Customer Evidences

Select the Customer Evidence link from the Status page

View the Evidence Types; you may include all 10 references in any of

·  Public Microsoft References

·  Confidential Microsoft References

·  Confidential Veritest References

Or choose a mix of the 5 evidence types

Enter up to a maximum of 2 Customer Stories or Microsoft Executive Nominations.

The minimum requirement is 10 evidences featuring 6 unique customer installations of your ERP solution or 8 evidences from 4 unique installations for CRM.

We recommend adding more than 10 evidence’s if you have them.

Click Modify and enter your reference details

Application Services Track SST

Under the Application Service Track (NAV 2015 and GP 2015) this is where you will profile your Reselling Partners.

The minimum requirement is for 5 Reselling partners but you may add more if you have them. Once 5 Resellers are approved the requirement is deemed met.

This is perfectly acceptable provided the mimimum criteria have been met. It is your responsibility to ensure the agreement is with a true Escrow Service provider, Microsoft reserve the right to audit all requirements and withdraw Certification if these criteria are not satisfied.

When Other is selected we ask that you provide a copy of the agreement featuring the Solution name, date and signature. (Any business sensitive data not affecting CfMD may be obscured)

Pinpoint Profile

Enter the URL of your Pinpoint Dynamics profile here.

Having a pinpoint application profile is both a requirement and a benefit of the CfMD program.

Ensure the Application name matches the product name provided to Lionbridge as your CfMD logo will feature here (with a higher search ranking) once you achieve CfMD.

Status and Approvals

Once you have entered data and hit Save the Evidence will become available for the Lionbridge team to review and Validate

The Validation engineer will

·  Connect with you on incomplete items or open queries in the Notes Section.

·  Validate all Company Summary item and Evidences using the data supplied

·  Email contacts supplied under Confidential VeriTest References

The Engineer would appreciate your assistance should any evidence fail or need updating.

As each Summary item is approved by the Validation Engineer the status of the evidence will be updated

If any summary item is deemed insufficient it will marked Update Profile. The Validation Engineer will contact you to explain the nature of the issue and outline steps required to meet the Validation standard.

As the Customer Evidences are approved they will appear in the Approved column.

Once 8 references have been approved for CRM or 10 references approved for ERP the overall Status will be updated to Approved.

When all items are approved

The Validation Engineer will prepare your final report and you should receive your Pass Notification within 24 hours.
