1. Response to the public comment on May 13, 2013 by Mrs. Kay Hill regarding Second Ward Alderman Steven Wailand’s eligibility to hold his aldermanic position.
2. Consideration of an ordinance to create an “OL” supplemental liquor license Shiloh’s Bar & Bistro, LLC d/b/a Shiloh’s Bar & Bistro.
This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final approval.
3. Consideration of a resolution authorizing submittal of an application dated June 4, 2013 for a Public Transportation Capital Assistance Grant under the Illinois Department of Transportation’s general authority to make such grants.
This was discussed at committee and final adoption will be in order.
4. Consideration to reject the bids received for the emergency clearwell piping installation and to authorize rebidding the project.
Final action will be in order.
5. Consideration to approve the proposed 2013 Summer street improvement projects:
*Sealcoating (Oil & Chip) Resurfacing: Candy Lane (Jackson to Grant);
Johnson Street (Grant south to city limits); Tower Road (Lafayette west
to city limits); 1150th Street (Tower Road north to city limits)
*Cape Seal Resurfacing: Candy Lane (Jackson to Grant); Johnson Street
(Grant south to city limits)
*North McArthur Street (Adams to Pierce) – milling and asphalt
*South Lafayette Street (Jefferson to Piper) – milling and asphalt

2. Consideration to authorize a 2.25% cost of living increase for all non-union City of Macomb employees retroactive to May 1, 2013.

3. Consideration to approve a façade forgivable grant to Combs Apartments located on East Carroll Street.
