Silver Jubilee Home For The Age, Food Fair on 7 September 2014
It is with great pleasure to inform you that the General Committee of the Silver Jubilee Home For the Aged is organizing a Food Fair as our effort to raise funds for the Development of the Home.
Your organization / Your goodself has been actively involved in various charity projects and as such we are appealing to you to consider our Food Fair as one of your charitable projects for this year.
We are planning a day for the community as well as senior citizens in our Home with the sale of a variety of food including some from our own kitchen. We would like to invite your participation in this worthwhile project. All transactions will be by coupons and the proceeds will go towards the Home’s Development Fund.
Your involvement can be either : -
a)prepare and sell food (minimum 300 servings) at your stall, or
b)contribute the food and we manage the sale, or
c)sponsor a stall for RM1,500/
The event is to be held within the grounds of the Home from 10.00am to 3.00pm on Sunday, 7 September 2014. We hope you will help us to make it a memorable day for the residents as well as the community. All cash contributions are tax exempted and please make cheque payable to: “Penang & Province Wellesley Silver Jubilee Fund”.
Kindly respond to us by filling up the attached form and send it to us by 7 August 2014. Whatever contributions you decide to make will be very much appreciated.
