Re: Cornhole Tournament on 02/21/2015
We are excited to announce the 4th Annual Carolina Children's Charity Cornhole Tournament will be hosted by The Windjammer on Saturday, February 21, 2015. The tournament will take place on the front beach, Isle of Palms from 12pm – 4:30pm. This event will be in conjunction with a Band Blast at the Beach. This event will benefit Carolina Children's Charity.
The CCC Fundraising Committee is currently seeking eight Cornhole Board Sponsors for this event. The $350.00 sponsorship will benefit Lowcountry children with birth defects and childhood diseases. Your sponsorship will also provide you with a unique opportunity to advertise your business on a set of custom Cornhole Boards which will be used for approximately 4 hours of play and/or display during the tournament. You will then be able to take your Cornhole Boards with you for countless hours of fun in the future. We ask that all boards are taken with you at the completion of the tournament. If you are unable to pick up your boards at the event, please contact Sonya @ 843-737-1200 prior to 02/20/2015 to make arrangements for pick up. Your company name also will be listed as a sponsor on the CCC Website after the event for 12 months. Your custom cornhole boards will be made by Sandlapper Cornhole. Boards will be stained in a “picture frame” design and logos will be centered. See sponsor form for layout. Logos will be painted in color or black and white, based on the logo you submit. Bags will be matched as closely to the logo as possible.
The mission of Carolina Children's Charity for the past 28 years has been to provide local special needs children with access to items or services that are deemed medically beneficial and/or medically necessary. This includes medical equipment and supplies, therapies, medical care, and more. The charity has no state, federal or national affiliation so it is our focus to raise funds to help children in our community. Since 1987, the charity has awarded over $3.9 million to help thousands of Lowcountry children.
If you are interested in becoming a Board Sponsor for the 4th Annual Carolina Children's Charity Cornhole Tournament, please complete the Sponsorship Form and send this form back with your check made payable to Carolina Children's Charity at 1064 Gardner Rd. Suite 112B Charleston, SC 29407. Once your check is received, your sponsorship spot will be reserved. There are only eight spots available and will be filled in the order of payments received.
*Please e-mail your company's color or black and white logo to in vector (.eps) file format no later than 1/30/2015 so your specialized board can be made for this event.
