Item 1 / OPENING REMARKS / Dr. Brian Gottardy, ChairmanItem 2 / APPROVE MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 7, 2012 MEETING / Dr. Gottardy called for additions or corrections to the Regional Advisory Committee minutes of September 4, 2013 meeting. A motion to accept the minutes was made by Dr. Jack Seals. After a second made by Mr. Gary Patterson, the minutes were unanimously approved.

Item 5 / ETHICS & COMPLIANCE: LESSONS LEARNED FROM EL PASO ISD / Mr. Adam Jones & Mr. Bill Brown with Weaver provided an Ethics & Compliance: Lessons Learned from El Paso ISD PowerPoint and address questions. Item 6 / SUPERINTENDENT BRIEFING HANDOUT / Dr. Jeff Goldhorn provided an overview of the Superintendent Briefing Handout.
Item 7 / COMMITTEE REPORTS AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR INPUT / Commissioner’s TASA Cabinet of Superintendents – Mrs. McAnelly provided a lengthy overview of the September 10 meeting of the Commissioner’s TASA Cabinet of Superintendents. She asked Superintendents to contact her if they have concerns to take to the Cabinet.
TASA Executive Committee – Dr. Brown was unable to attend.
Fast-Growth School Coalition - Dr. Greg Gibson, Vice-Chair provided information.
ESC-20 Updates – Dr. Beard shared with the group the importance of the handout “Leadership for the Digital Learning Age” with Alan November.
