VISA APPLICATION

All foreigners must obtain an entry visa before traveling to China. Exhibitors and visitors are strongly recommended to process the application well in advance, at leastone month before departurefrom the country of origin.

All applicants for visas are required to have anInvitation Letter from the Chinese authority.The Organizers will coordinate and forward the information of the applicant to the Chinese authorities to issue the Invitation Letter. The letter will be ready within14 days and presented to your company by fax or express mail. Upon receipt of this invitation letter, the applicant is required to present his/her passport, a recent photograph, a completed visa application form (available at the local Chinese Embassy) and proceed to the local Chinese Embassy or Consulate for completion of the formalities.

Together with this form, please provide the Organizers copies by fax or mail of the following: your PASSPORT,AIR TICKETand HOTEL RESERVATION. If you have received a visa for China in the past, please also provide a copy of this.

Passports must be valid for at least SIX MONTHS beyond the intended date of entry into China.

Important:The measure of 72-hour Transit Visa Exemption for Foreign Nationals for citizens from 45 countries destined for a third country (region) with booked connecting flight goes into force as of 1st January 2017 at the ports of entry of the airports in Shanghai. During the visa exemption period, the passenger is allowed to move around within the administration precincts of Shanghai municipality.（Please see Attachment 4 for details）

Please make enough copies for each applicant and return the typewritten form to us before the deadline.
