The institutional set-up and the allocation of function are regulated through the following legal acts:
ANRMAP - Government Emergency Ordinance no. 74/2005 on the establishment of the National Authority for Regulating and Monitoring Public Procurement published in the Official Gazette, Part I, no. 379 of 27 April 2006 approved with amendments by Law no. 111/2006 published in the Official Gazette no. 379 of 3 May 2006, with subsequent amendments;
Government Decision no. 525/2007 on the organization and functioning of the National Authority for Regulating and Monitoring Public Procurement, published in the Official Gazette, Part I, no. 395 of 12/06/2007, as amended and supplemented;
UCVAP - Emergency Ordinance no. 30 of 12 April 2006 on the verification of procedural aspects related to the award of public procurement contracts, of public works concession contracts and services concession contracts with amendments and additions;
ANAP – new institution, set up by merging ANRMAP and UCVAP - Emergency Ordinance no. 13/2015
CNSC - Law no. 337/2006 approving Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2006 on the award of public procurement contracts, public works concession contracts and service concession;
AADR (SEAP) - Decision no. 1132/2013 on the organization and functioning of the Romanian Agency for Digital Agenda and amending Government Decision no. 548/2013 on the organization and functioning of the Ministry for Information Society;
