Sub: Notice inviting Quotation for Fabrication and installation of Canopy at A.D.Nagar CNG station as per enclosed drawing & specifications.
Dear Sir,
Sealed Quotations are hereby invited for Fabrication and installation of Canopy at
A.D.Nagar CNG station as per enclosed drawing & specifications.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) The rate should be inclusive of all taxes, duties and levies as applicable
2) The rate should be quoted as per enclosed SOR (Annexure- II).
3) The validity of the offer will be of 04(four) month.
4) The work for Fabrication and installation of Canopy should be done as per enclosed drawing & specifications (Annexure-I).The contractor shall provide all necessary materials, equipment, labour etc. for the execution and maintenance of the work till completion of the work. Necessary earth work and restoration of the same will be on the scope of contractor.
5) An EMD amounting Rs 1000.00 (Rupees one thousand only)in terms of DD/BC drawn in favor of Tripura Natural Gas Co. Ltd has to be submitted along with the quotation.
6) The work should be completed within 05(Five) days from the date of issue work order.
7) The bidder should have experience for execution of similar type of job.
8) The Warrantee /Guarantee period will be 12(twelve) months from the date of completion of work in all respect. If found any defect during this period the same should be rectified at the contractors own cost and risk
9) In case of delay in completion, a penalty @½ % (half percent) per complete week of delay or part thereof subject to a maximum of 5%(Five percent) of the total contract value will be deducted from the bill.
10) Payment will be released within 15(fifteen) days from the date of submission of complete bill and after obtaining certification from the EIC(engineer in charge).
11) TNGCL has every right to reject any or all bids with out showing any reason.
12) Bidders may visit the site before submission of quotation.
13) Due date of submission : 07-08-2010 by 16-00 hrs
