Enora and the black crane bird.
Many years ago in Australia there was a boy called Enora he was homeless. Enora was running through the plains the plains were damp and very boggy.
Then he came to an oasis full of fruit trees. Enora started picking them and eating them incredibly fast. Enora wasn’t hungry anymore he was full up.
So he carried on and came to a lovely great big river Enora dived into the river and swam around the edge five times Enora was getting bored of swimming so he swam to the bank and climbed out, he was out of breath he lay on the river bank he was gazing at the birds he caught his breath back and carried on.
He then saw a big black crane bird swooping low over the ground, he reached downquietly and picked up a stick. Taking aim he threw the stick as fast as a jet the crane screeched as loud as a bomb. Enora’s skin started to turn into feathers they were the cranes feathers. “YOU” (said a very loud voice) “I am Booganooyou just hit the magical crane bird, that bird has a curse if you kill the magical crane bird you turn into a crane. There is one way to get rid of that curse. Go to my island it is only half a mile away. It is called the land of booganoo. The island is unknown only fifty people live there you have to go to the curse holder he lives at the south of the island.” Booganoo threw some stones at the ground and a warp gate appeared. “There you go” said Booganoo.
Enora went through the warp gate then all of a sudden he was in the land of Booganoo. Enora went looking for the Curse keeper straight away he wanted to get straight back to Australia he didn’t like the land of Booganoo. The land of Booganoo was really quiet. It was freezing cold as well. Enora saw a sign saying Curse keeper. Enora knocked on the door and the Curse keeper opened it. “What do you want” said the Curse keeper. “I’m here to have the spell to change me back into a normal boy” replied Enora. “ Ok ” said the Curse keeper. The Curse keeper handed over the spell “all you’ve got to do is throw that pebble on the ground and say change me back into a boy” said the Curse keeper so Enora shouted “Change me back into a boy” and he changed back into a boy. Enora was very happy. Then the Curse keeper asked Enora if he wanted to live with him and Enora said yes.
