COMES NOW the plaintiff, and for cause of action against said defendant alleges and states:

1. That plaintiff is an enrolled member of the ______Tribe, enrollment #______, and

injure the honesty, virtue, integrity and reputation of said plaintiff and to thereby expose him/her to

3.  Plaintiff further states that said words so spoken by said defendant were and are utterly false, malicious

and slanderous.

4.  That by reason of the acts of defendant aforesaid, in and about the speaking and publishing of the said

false, malicious and slanderous words and statements, as aforesaid, the plaintiff was and is greatly and

permanently injured and damaged in his good name and reputation and was and is exposed to public

contempt, hatred and has been further damaged in his/her said business of
