On the Course
The bid has been awarded for the new storage building for the grounds. The project is now beginning the permitting process and if all goes well, construction should start in November. This building will be essential to keeping our equipment in working order.
On the golf course, the leaves are getting a tint of color and will soon be falling. The grounds crew will be cleaning up the leaves as efficiently as possible to best maximize the playing conditions. The grounds crew will be pruning and removing dead trees as weather permits.

Meatloaf
Two slices of Chef Joey’s meatloaf topped with gravy
Cod Englaise
Atlantic cod topped with a buttery bread crumb mixture and baked in lemon butter
Shepherd’s Pie
Ground meat and assorted vegetables in a rich gravy topped with mashed potatoes and baked

Atlantic cod with a sweet and spicy glaze baked and set atop garlic spinach
Tuscan Sole
Sweet sole sautéed and topped with a sundried tomato, baby shrimp, olive and spinach garlic butter
Shrimp Oriental
Shrimp and oriental vegetables tossed in a teriyaki glaze served atop white rice
Smothered Chicken
Breaded chicken breast topped with sautéed mushrooms and onions topped with cheddar jack
Smothered Steak Cutlet
Sirloin pounded thin and breaded topped with mushrooms, onions and mozzarella

There will no food service on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays in the Oak Room and the Grille.
Food Service will be available on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
