6 / Finance:
a.  Agree the accounts for the month of August. Papers enclosed
b.  Receive the completed Audit for 2016/2017. Papers enclosed
c.  Consider the proposed list of assets for disposal. Papers enclosed
7 / Old Wolverton roundabout- Consider the proposals from Milton Keynes Council to introduce traffic calming measures to the Old Wolverton roundabout approach to reduce the number of accidents. Papers enclosed.
8 / Jersey Road Parking Bays: Consider the proposed marking of the bays in Jersey Road. Papers enclosed.
9 / Wolverton Station: To consider writing to London Midland to enquire what their policy is for opening the ticket office on Wolverton station which is often shut before 10.00 am in the week.
10 / St Modwen development: To respond to a request from Historic England who have asked for our support in calling-in a grant of planning application to St Modwen if made by Milton Keynes Development Control Committee on 25 September. Papers enclosed
11 / MK50: Receive a report on the celebrations taking part in the parish to mark 50 years of Milton Keynes. Papers enclosed.
12 / CCTV Policy: Adopt the proposed policy on CCTV. Papers enclosed.
13 / GDPR: Receive a report for the preparations on the General Data Protection Regulation which comes into force on 25th May 2017. Papers enclosed.
14 / Personnel Committee:
a.  Appoint a further member to the Personnel Committee.
b.  Consider the proposals from the Personnel Committee to contact out the dog bin service. Papers enclosed.
c.  Consider the proposals from the Personnel Committee for the recruitment of a Communications Administrator. Papers enclosed.
d.  Receive an update from the Clerk on the recruitment of the Apprentice and consider any proposals. Papers to follow.
