Once my place has been confirmed, I would like to book the course subject to a registration/administration fee of €250.

I understand that my participation in the workshop shall be subject, without exception, to the General Terms and Conditions of Business of Grafenegg Kulturbetriebsgesellschaftm.b.H. for the Composer-Conductor Workshop at the Grafenegg Festival 2017 and by submitting my

General Terms and Conditions of Business

I gratuitously grant Grafenegg Kulturbetriebsgesellschaftm.b.H the following rights (unrestricted by time, place or content) to use the work I have composed as well as the performances of said work during the course of the workshop and, in addition, the materials I have made available; all such items shall hereinafter be referred to collectively as the Work:

(1)The right to make copies of and distribute the Work in whole or in part and to make it available to the public, in particular through on-demand services and other online uses, irrespective of the kind of technical process or the kind of receiving device (on such websites as the homepage of Grafenegg Kulturbetriebsgesellschaftm.b.H and its affiliated enterprises and on such internet platforms as YouTube, live streams etc.).

(2)The right to record the Work in whole or in part by any technical process and to broadcast the Work on the radio through any technical medium and/or to reproduce the Work publicly, particularly for the purposes of the public presentation of the workshop results at Grafenegg.

Grafenegg Kulturbetriebsgesellschaftm.b.H is entitled by the rights conferred above to grant third parties rights or licences to use the Work in whole or in part.

I furthermore affirm that I hold all the rights for exploitation of the presented materials and accomplishments and provide these free of charge. I shall fully indemnify Grafenegg Kulturbetriebsgesellschaftm.b.H against any claims brought by third parties in respect of said materials and accomplishments.
