§  What happened to her ? she had to stay in Plymouth, England, she wasn’t sea-worthy, she leaked

They left England on September 6th 1620 with 102 passengers aboard. During the voyage a baby was born, named Oceanus

The Pilgrims didn’t bring many animals aboard, only 2 dogs and perhaps a few chickens and pigs.

They finally saw land on the early morning of November 9 1620

It took them one month and a half; 6 weeks to explore “Cape Cod” ; from November 11 – 14 to December 20 – 25 1620

On the Mayflower there were 11 girls; the youngest was 1 year old and her name was Humility Cooper; she was an orphan; the oldest was called Priscilla Mullins and she was 17 years old. She wasn’t an orphan , but her family died during the first winter.

During the first winter the girls lived on the Mayflower , because the Colony was being constructed

At the end of the first winter most of the girls were orphans

Only 5 women survived the first winter, but only 4 of them attended the first Thanksgiving.
