Rating Guidelines:
5- Consistently Exceeds Expectations. Employee consistently excels and produces a quality and quantity of work above and beyond set goals. Seeks and accepts additional assignments requiring a high level of skill.
4- Exceeds Expectations. Employee produces a very high quality and quantity of work, and exceeds established goals. Shows initiative to work independently, accepts increasing responsibility, and performs above expectations.
3- Meets Expectations. Employee produces quality and quantity of results required to get the job done and performs all the job duties of his/her position.
2- Developing. Employee meets some, but not all job expectations and goals. Employee may need additional education/experience in his/her position.
1- Not meeting expectations. Employee produces a poor quality of work and fails to meet stated business goals. Employee fails to meet stated expectations of the position.
