DearSirs,

let me inform you that I did not order any services from your company, nor am Iinterested in any of your services at all. I have only sent you a confirmatory form containing my business contacts, not a legally binding order. If you considered the said document to form a legally binding agreement, it must be emphasized that it is NOT a contract, indeed it cannot even be one. It was never my intention at all to enter into a contract with your company, hence any contract could not have been formed. In case you considered the mentioned form as a contractual offer then, considering the content of the form, you have acted deceptively with the consequence of absolute nullity of the legal act as such.Should a contract be formed by filling and sending out the said form, such contract is necessarily null and void, as it was concluded in error on my part, whereas this error was consciously induced by your company.

I insist on the fact that I am not in any contractual relationship with your company and consequently I am not going to make any payment in this context. At the same time, I categorically ask you to immediately remove any and all data concerning myself from your database, directory and any other data storage and I request you to refrain from any processing these data.

To conclude, I ask you not to contact me anymore. My position regarding the so-called contract with your companyremains constant. My position as regards any payment in favour of your company is equally unchangeable. Should you decide to continue withthe correspondence despite my request contained herein, please be sure that I shall refer this matter to the appropriate official authority and to the Police of the CzechRepublic as well as in the country of incorporation of your company.

Sincerely
