This Indicator looks whether the current market is trading near the Recent Low on a Percentage basis. Using the past data range it predicts the Boundaries for its move, and when it crosses its boundary, the market is expected to reverse. The Higher the indicator value the stronger the trend is and it is expected to reverse when there is an overbought situation.A Yellow and a red dot is placed over the Indicator line (Yellow for Buy signal and Red for Sell signal) where a key reversal is expected. An alert will be triggered when there is a buy and Sell signal.
This can be used as a confirmation Buy/Sell signal with other key indicators. This can be applied in any market and in any timeframe. User can Optimize the Inputs to find the best parameters based on his/her own trading style. This indicator works on All major markets and different Time frames.
Green color in the RNBot line indicates the depth of the move in the down direction and Red color in the RNTop line indicates the depth of the move in the Upward direction.
Plot1 :- RNBot Indicator Value; // Buy Signal
Plot2 :- RNTop Indicator Value; //Sell Signal
Plot3 :- Yellow Dots on RNBot Line; //that gives the Buy signal
Plot4 :- Red Dots on RNTopLine; //That gives the Sell signal
Plot5 and 6 :- For Radarscreen , with BUY/SELLString when there is a Yellow/Red Dot.
