This Project Outline Form aims to help you structure your project ideas and receive feedback from Irish National Agency personnel. It does not replace the official application form.

Please submit only one form per organisation and no more than one page of text per section (i.e. 6 pages maximum for the entire form). Forms which exceed this will not be reviewed.
The deadline for submission of Project Outline Forms is Friday 17 February 2017.

Describe your project idea under the headings below. We recommended brief responses– do not extend the spaces.
PART 2: PROJECT IDEAProposed project title:
WHAT?
Provide a summary of the proposed project. What are the main aims, project target group(s), main outputs/products and potential impact on partners and target groups?
WHY?
- What are the needs addressed by the project? (in relation to the specific target group)
- What is innovative about this project? What is the added value?
- Which priority will your project address? (see pages 120-123 of Erasmus+ Programme Guide for details on Priorities). Projects must address one Horizontal or one Field Specific Priority – Please specify which one you intend to address)
WHO?
1. List your Partners in Ireland and other participating countries (including both Programme and, where applicable, Partner countries).
2. Specify each Partner’s role in the project.
HOW?
1. Describe activities planned in the project including: Intellectual Outputs, Multiplier events, Teaching/Training/Learning Activities etc.
WHEN?
- Specify start and finish dates and duration of your project (between 12 and 36 months).
- Indicate the proposed start and finish dates of key activities e.g. availability of intellectual outputs including piloting activities, multiplier eventsTeaching/Training/Learning Activities etc.
