Section 1:Approach

  1. How/why did the collaboration begin? Please describe how/why the collaboration ended if this is the case?
  2. Who is involved in the collaboration?
  3. How do all parties involved make sure they are working together to achieve the shared goals of the collaboration?
  4. In what ways have all parties involved worked differently than before/ in other situations as a result of the collaboration?
  5. How do all parties involved ensure that your organisation understand and manage any risks that have arisen as a result of the collaboration?

Section 2: Training delivery and impact

  1. How has the training delivered benefitted from the collaboration? Consider any training outcomes achieved. Different training modes or methods used, improvements in the quality of training, learning and/ or assessment and the creation of new or improved career pathways and opportunities.
  2. What are the broader impacts of the collaboration? Consider the benefits to the parties involved in the collaboration, the community and/or region and individuals involved in any programs/projects that have been delivered as a result of the collaboration?

Section 3: Sustainability

Conditions of Entry

A nominee and nominator must read and agree to the conditions of entry prior to a nomination being submitted.
