In applying for approval, the Proprietor/Owner and Contractor / Mover undertakes to abide by and be subject to the following terms and conditions: -

The Proprietor/Owner / Tenant are required to give one week advance notice to the Management of the removal. If possible, the details of items to be moved and the name of the contractors (mover’s company) involved so as to maximise security and protect the occupants.

The Contractor must be accompanied by the nominated person-in-charge.

Moving in / out of THE COUNTRY TOWERS CONDOMINIUM is not encouraged outside the office hours (i.e. before 9.00 am or after 5.00 p.m. during the weekdays or after 1.00pm on Saturday). However, should the need arises; tenants are required to inform the management of such arrangement.

However, all moving works must stop after 8.00 p.m. irrespective of circumstance.

Where the proprietor/owner or tenant requires the use of lifts for transportation, he shall ensure that protection is put in place in the lift.

Only one lift may be used for removal purposes.

The Proprietor/Owner/Tenant shall ensure that the works to be carried out will not in any way cause any unnecessary nuisance to other occupiers.

The Proprietor/Owner or Tenant shall pay a deposit (by cheque) of RM500.00 and non-refundable administration fee of RM20.00. The cheque will be made in favour of “The Country Tower Management Corporation” before permission is granted for works to commence.

The Management will refund the deposit of RM500.00 free of interest after all the terms and conditions are complied with i.e. all debris have removed and no damage had caused to the common property.

In the event that the debris is not cleared quickly or any of the common property is damaged, the Management reserves the right to remove such debris and effect all necessary repairs on the account of the Proprietor/Owner / Tenant. The costs of removal or repairs shall be deducted from the deposit.

If the said deposit is insufficient to cover the full cost of the removal and repairs, then the Management reserves the right to recover the full cost of the removal and repair from the Proprietor/Owner/ Tenant.

Mover’s vehicles must not obstruct other vehicles when parked in the car park. Such vehicles are not to be parked within the estate during the night.

No containers or removal vehicles are allowed to park in the car park area during holidays or festive seasons.

Movers must not obstruct movement or deposit furniture or other items in any place other than what was designated by the Management.

Upon the completion of the works, the Proprietor/Owner / Tenant shall inform the Management. A joint inspection of the lobbies / common areas will be carried out.
