(Note: If you are sailing in more than one event, the helmsman must complete a separate Entry Form for each event)


To enable the Beach Master to organise safe & timely transfer of sailors in and out boats, the following information essential.

Important:

1.  Slings. If you need to use the hoist you must bring your own sling.

There will be no slings available for loan or hire at the venue.

2. Lifejackets. At Rutland Water, everyone – sailors and volunteers who go onto the pontoons or on the water must wear a lifejacket or buoyancy aid. You must bring your own. (Note: As a general rule, inflatable lifejackets are not permitted, unless this is absolutely necessary because of your disability. If you do have to wear an inflatable lifejacket, please let us know in ‘Other Information’ above.)

There will be no lifejackets available for loan or hire at the venue.


Declaration:

a.)  Entry Form. In submitting this Entry Form, sailors are agreeing to comply with any rules governing this event.

b.)  Entry Fee. An Entry is only confirmed upon receipt of the Entry Fee into the Event Bank Account.

c.)  Boat Insurance. Where possible, please attach a scanned copy of the insurance policy for the boat you will sail.

Note: On arrival at the venue, a valid copy of the insurance cover must be presented at Registration. Failure to do so will disqualify the sailor from the event.
