LABELING INSTRUCTION

1) As soon as first drop is collected, write down:

a) “Workplace Accumulation” – today’s date

b) Chemical Name or Description (NO abbreviation, formulas, or structures)

c)Physical State

d)Hazard Properties

2) Keep container capped at all times unless adding / removing waste.

3) Place the liquid waste container (glass or metal container) in a secondary container (i.e. a large plastic tub).

4) Leave a minimum of 1” void space from the top of the container.

5) Request a waste pick up every 70 days at :

Empty containers are available from the Stockroom (EH 2320).
